Epigenetic and neuroplasticity in neurodevelopmental disorders: possibilities of physical exercise

چکیده

This article deals with the relationship between mechanisms of neuroplasticity and epigenetics provided through regular practice physical exercise for treatment neurodevelopmental disorders. The aim study was to focus on benefits early interventions, especially exercise, in cases disorders epigenetic mechanisms. For this, a critical review narrative nature carried out Scielo, PubMed PsycInfo databases, as well consultation books subject. results show us that seems promote improvements, which can prevent onset also changes neuroplasticity, mitigate deficits caused by pathologies, if it occurs during childhood. We then understand tends improve neurodevelopment, but more robust base empirical studies this subject is needed.
